Took my 3200 to Maserati when a strange knocking noise was coming from the font. After two days of 'umming and arring' I decided to take it to an independent specialist, recommended by a friend. All it wanted was two callipers replacing which was done at a very reasonable price. Alfa Romeo 166 3.0 24v Super Lusso
I really like my Alfa 166 so wanted a place that would keep her bullet proof and running great. I got all that from the Bearings Guys, who took me step-by-step through the work they had done - showing me all my old parts, important to me. They were open and honest about their pricing, the work done now and what might be needed in future to keep her running true.
Other garages were too vague and just left me with more questions and doubts about, well everything!
Bearings replaced my cam belt - a major job - and completed a full service. I left pleased with the work and the price I want some more things done now and know where I'll be going!

I need my car for the school run and when all these warning lights started coming on intermittently, I thought I'd better get it sorted sooner rather than later. I explained my situation to Bearings and after running a full diagnostic on the car they'd identified and fixed the problem. I dropped my car off on Friday morning and had it back by Saturday evening. They saved me from a lot of potential inconvenience and I now have the peace of mind that if anything else goes wrong, they're just a phone call away. Thanks guys!

When the electrics on my Bravo started playing up, I went straight to the main dealer. They tried to fix it on three separate occasions and in the end I just decided to give someone else a try. Since Bearings have taken a look at it I've not had any trouble at all. Apparently all it needed was a loose wire fixing and it was done within a matter of hours, I just wish I'd found them sooner!

Booked my Alfa into Bearings not knowing what to expect as I'd bought the car off my brother along with a few minor problems: One being a very noisy air conditioning unit- turned out to be a packet of Rizlas belonging to my brother that had lodged themselves in the chamber - No other garage picked up on this. Instead I was fobed off and still charged! Another being the windscreen jets which had somehow been tweaked so that they would spray over the car to squirt some unsuspecting convertable car driver.... honestly, my brother! One of the bearing guys took a part from his own Alfa to fix mine, ah bless!
The final problem was the airbag light always on. Another garage said that I'd have to replace the airbags at great expense, when all it needed was a small part replacing- thanks guys!

I first bought my Alfa Romeo in 2006. After a couple of months motoring, I took it to a main dealer for a service. They told me the car urgently required £2,500 worth of work, on top of the £350 service. I cancelled my holiday and desperately searched the internet for a Alfa specialist in the Leeds area, for a second opinion. I came across Bearings who are only a few minutes away and found out my car actually only required a couple of hundred pounds worth of work! Since then I have used them to fix my cambelt,
replacing a window after some little genius broke in to steal my TomTom and a number of services and general faults. I have confidence they're not going to rip me off and their work will always be first class - that's great because I like the look of Alfa's and know nothing about what's underneath the bonnet!!
